El Periódico de Catalunya gathers every year the best chefs of our cuisine to prepare the Year’s Dinner, the closing ceremony menu of the Català de l’Any award. Since 2007 Ferran Adrià, Carme Ruscalleda and Roca brothers manage a lineup of local chefs with international projection that share the main objective of surprising guests. The result is a unique dining experience, combining different styles and proposals in an exquisite environment: Teatre Nacional de Catalunya.
And once again, Singularis (as the exclusively catering in TNC), has had the pleasure of being part of the team of professionals that make it happen. We have worked in coordination tasks, assembly and personnel service. We’ve shared the stage with renowned chefs such as Carles Gaig, Paco Pérez or Torres brothers among others, who produced, with their crews, a representative dish of their respective restaurants.
The dinner menu was complemented with products provided by first level brands and suppliers: Espinaler, Gramona, Cinco Jotas, Balfegó etc.
